Gerou and Associates have designed and built commercial office buildings throughout Colorado.  The architectural firm developed the Evergreen Commons Office Park Master Plan and designed and built each of the commmercial office buildings for the development.  We have designed additions, tenant finish, and new construction for numerous bank, medical, and commercial office buildings.  We understand that architecture impacts the quality of the work environment and we design our commercial office architecture to promote productivity.
