Located in the Central City Historic District, the Masonic Hall required both material and structural analysis, a historic compilation of buuilding uses, architectural needs assessment, ADA, and code review for the redevelopment of the historic structure. Special consideration was taken in planning for a future change in use to a museum with retail space.
