The St. Vrain Masonic Hall is listed on the National Historic Reqister of Historic Places. The project involved a redevelopment of the historic structure so the future use would include a community use room and commercial office space. Gerou & Associates provided both material and structural analysis, a historic compilation of the building's use, architectural needs assessment, ADA compliance, and code review.
