The redevelopment plans for Cherry Creek Square call for a 110 room, luxury hotel, ground floor retail space totaling just over 17,000 square feet, nearly 18,000 square feet of luxury condominiums, and a 236 space underground garage.  The hotel will have nearly 7,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as amenities for fitness and business needs.  The retail includes nearly 7,000 square feet for a full service restaurant, leaving 10,000 square feet for high end shop spaces.  The restaurant will provide room service for the hotel.  The parking garage is two levels below grade and provides more parking spaces than required by code
