The redevelopment plans for Cherry Creek Square call for a 110 room, luxury hotel, ground floor retail space totaling just over 17,000 square feet, nearly 18,000 square feet of luxury condominiums, and a 236 space underground garage. The hotel will have nearly 7,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as amenities for fitness and business needs.
