Gerou & Associates provided architectural design and landplaning for two, free-standing, multi-tenant retail buildings located in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. The firm worked with local consultants and the City of Chandler to create commercial viability from a previously residential site. The buildings are designed using a local architectural vernacular and quality materials to provide a long-term investment for the owner and the community.
