Frazier and Moore Antiques and Fine Art / Evergreen, Colorado

The original structure for the Frazier and Moore Antiques and Fine Art Gallery was built in 1948 as a small motel.  The challenge was to update the look of the old motel to resemble a simple European country home that felt light and airy while maximizing walls for art displays.  The result created a new dramatic entry that can be seen from Evergreen Parkway, added columns to the sagging roof overhang for outdoor displays and combined several of the existing doors and windows to provide additional display space.
